As much as I know, this is a MMP (MayorModePloppables) and not a road or dragable. Maybe doing a search for the MMP, you might find it.

You're right, the evidence is simple, Les Murets de I'Aubrac MMP should not be able to be plopped very near with the street, except if the street is MMP.

Probably, the street use this MMP, while the cars are probably from this or this

The very sad and unfortunate situation is that the links to the dependencies for that tower are all dead, so we really have no way of knowing exactly what those dependencies are. Nothing in the Read-me gives any indication, so you're only real hope is to try and contact the creator to see if they can tell you what they are, and thus where to find them. HOWEVER...it says Equinox hasn't been active here since last March.

The link to the NDEX Base Textures which also included as the dependency of NDEX DA DuSelle Tower :

The second dependency is Global Essentials file. However, that one already outdated and the new version is available in BSC.

The other one file is the BSC Essentials, but that link will only show the outdated version of BSC Essentials and that link also dead, so here is the link to the new version .

I'm sure if both of you will soon enough ask me about whether these dependencies are used in the NDEX DA DuSelle Tower, so I will explain you about how could I found them :

1. I check the link, copy the numbers of those outdated links like BSC Essentials (12434), NDEX Global Essentials (12730), and NDEX Base Textures (11617), then I use the search tool.

2. I found out if some other files which need them as well and there also the name of those files.

3. As soon as I know about the real name, then I instantly use navigation toolbar since I ever download all of them as well.

4. Then I copy the link from the navigation toolbar and post them here, and the whole process is finished.

Just try it, I could guarantee if there will not any missing dependency.

So all you need to do is search for the numbers at the end of those links to see what dependencies are connected to them?

EDIT: Actually, you know something - that worked! I did a simple Google search for "Simcity 4 dependency 12730" and it came back with a link to a Simtropolis discussion... and in post #4 it was listed. I clicked on the link, and sure enough it was exactly what you said it was for.

You're right! This is my biggest mistake! I do not make my files directory. Usually, I just put everything in one folder and now I can not understand what the train instead of the tram?

And i'm looking for this building's dependency...Tokyo Opera City Tower...the file which i need is Hong Kong Flag, i suppose (notice the brown boxes)...

Does anyone knows where can i get that dependency?? i think i lost them when i clean up my plugins last time, and i forgot where did i download this building...so, technically, it's my fault...
