So the Natural Disasters hits the market. I just bought the DLC and here are some mods that DO work with ND

-25 tiles

-all tiles purchaseable

-ground pollution "no more purple"

-no seagulls

-money mods

-no fog

Mods that DOES NOT work

-RICO

-Network extensions

-timewarp

-81 tile

some assets dont work either. Please continue this list.

Loading Screen Mod and Don't Crash have been hit hard and thale has pushed updates disabling them. CO should have fixed the issue Don't Crash solved, but seems we'll at least be without the benefits of the Loading Screen Mod for a while

Traffic Manager: President Edition isn't getting updated until 9 PM UTC, about 7 hours since ND launched.  So many people salty that they can't play the game with mods upon release of a new DLC.  For this being the third time around, people should know the routine to wait it out for a day or two and come back.

    I too noticed "don't crash" does not work, and now when i try to exit the game the only way out is ctrl+alt+del :no:

    And this post being my first after lurking for a year, let me say I'm glad to be here and I want to express my deepest thanks to all the modders without whom I wouldn't play this game anymore.

    I've decided to steer clear of Cities Skylines for a fortnight until everything settles down rather than drive myself demented batch testing mods etc

    I gave it a short try, got pelted with a wide range of issues :D  With mods enabled, my mod panel is empty (probably the improved panel mod), the rest is visible, and I can do stuff after closing the error window (load a city - then it crashes to desktop). Without mods it crashes during load (error in a small modal window). And Don't Crash is pooping on my party as well, it seems.

    Oh, and @Ronyx69, thanks for that, that was gold!

    I've looked through my subbed list and seen what has been updated or not.  BloodyPenguin still has some work to do on some of his mods that will go on through tomorrow, looks like 81 tiles is one of the affected.

    Network Skins, Building Themes and Random Tree Rotation were updated.

    Sub-Buildings Enabler and Prop Probability Changer are now deprecated.

    NExt is getting updated probably by tomorrow since they got a hold of Katalyst6 although LazarusMan identified the fix beforehand.

    AJ3D has a test version of RICO for 1.6 already out, but you have to unsub from the existing one to test it.

    EDIT: NExt already updated while I typed this lol, now comes with Assymetrical roads, sweeettt!

    I'm royally impressed how fast things happen. The update came out yesterday and already a variety of things have been fixed. :thumb:

    Can't get to work any of the elevated stations. I get asset errors. When I try to start multi track station enabler and Extra train tracks it fails as well :(

    My game doesn't launch at all. I deleted everything, unsubscribed from all mods & assets and reinstalled it, still doesn't launch.

    I don't see any remaining files in the game folder or the local folder, nor do I see any logs or errors, the process just starts for a couple seconds and ends without showing anything. Also tried that steam verify integrity thing and nothing.

    Any idea what to look into?

    I had similar situation. Unsubscribed all. I checked the mod list after that and some of the mods were still active. I also unsubscribed to themes. I was able to launch the game. After that I'm adding mods one by one. I already have something about 15-20 mods. No assets yet... Hope this helps.

    I definitely unsubscribed to everything, there are no subscriptions showing up and the steam workshop folder is empty.

    EDIT: Just restarted the pc, and it works lmao. Restarting all the things should always be the first step.

    There are still some mods causing game to crash. Startup-Screen, Don't Crash, Dymanic Foliage, Dynamic Climate, etc.. Others like mark-a-route f.e. are just not working.

    I have my game up and running as wanted when MoM and 81 tiles are working again. At the moment I have 98 mods checked and working (again).

     

    EDIT:

    For RICO mod exists a new version. The old one will not be updated.

     

    EDIT2: @Ronyx69this could be related to NEXT. This was update late last night.

    Well I feel very lucky tonight, I can load my pre-ND save just fine with all my subscribed mods & assets, with the exception of Don't Crash & Loading Screen Mod. I guess my oversleeping paid off :P

    I'm browsing though the list for the list on Reddit.  The majority of it is my own subscriptions, but I've been adding on as things go along.

    I've whittled myself down to 100 mods with 95 active and no longer having any errors on the main page.  I still have to wait on 81 tiles before I start the real work on actually loading a save.
