I have been toying around with properly showcasing some of my lots, getting some feedback and advice and to see if there would be any interest in any of my lots. I have never uploaded anything and all my lots are done specifically with my cities in mind so they would be dependency heavy but i tend to use the same few and many are popular prop or texture sets. 

Here are some images of some of the more notable re lots that i have done. 

Here i have edited Zamora general hospital by the LBT

And in this one all the BATs have been lot edited and i have also created custom plaza lots to extend the textures that i used here to create a uniform University campus

If i am to upload any of my lots i will need someone to initially test some to make sure that i have included all the dependencies for when i do upload. I have no plans on what i am going to lot, it will generally depend on my current city that i am building.

I have the same issue too, the hospital looks and functions fine but instead of tarmac I've just got grass on the parking lot

He updated hes dependencies list, get those 2 texture packs on the bottom of hes list and then it will work perfectly.

    Yeah, sorry about that didn't show up when i did a dependency check, but should be all fixed now. 

    To get back to some other lots i am looking to upload. It is some walls and parking for a gated community, the gated communities are all plopped buildings but i think the walls would work and look fine even if you wanted to use them with grown buildings, i have made about 20 or so lots at the moment, they are just made using the maxis grass, relotting that. But will have to edit it a bit. I plan on also uploading the building shown as they are made the same way as the walls. 

    I plan on it being modular, unfortunately the walls don't have any diagonals, but there would still be scope to create a wide variety of different combinations .

    I'm loving these, your giving new life to some old classics. The base textures you've used look really good, are they custom made or do they come from a previously released texture pack?

    Thanks, i think there are so many great bats out there that just need a little relot. The base textures are from the RMIP,  one of the original modular airport sets, i have been using the same textures in my cities for probably 8 years or so now. It works well in most city types i find as i do sometimes change styles, from Japanese to British to American.

    I have always been a fan of the LBT-style props. It is good to see someone else taking an interest in them too. Looking through the prop packs, there are a surprising amount of buildings that are just waiting for lots.

    I really do like the way your RIMP concrete texture looks too. That is the one thing I am hesitant on: if you are thinking of uploading some of the lots that use it as a base, many might think RIMP to be a curious dependency for such lots. IMO the RIMP is quite a large download for one texture if someone is not already using it. My best suggestion would be to create a texture that looks nearly identical and using that instead as a dependency. If you do not know how, I would be more than happy to do something like that for you. :yes:

    Thanks, i have used them a lot, and with many of the names being in Spanish it has also allowed me to learn some more words. 

    In terms of the RIMP concrete texture, i have uploaded a few lots already onto the STEX with it, as you would only need the one texture dat file, but i am open to creating a custom texture that is very similar, i am not 100% sure on how to go about it but i can have a look and try, but i believe there is a maxis concrete texture but finding it within all my other textures may take a while to do. 

    I am glad that you and others are enjoying my work, i am still working on finishing he lots, making some more, without so many palm trees and i am going to have to give them some proper in game stats, above just the in game grass area.

    As some of you may have noticed i have uploaded a number of relots over the past few days. I have many more planned for the next week, with another one, or possibly two today. I have stated that i know many of them are sub-tropical/tropical in design, and that is not likely to change with most of my currently relotted buildings but i do plan for future relots to tone it down a bit so they are a bit more wider in appeal for more players. I may do two different versions depending on how much i like the lot without palms, as the relots will be done with my current city in mind. 

    These are the lots, with a few others that i plan to release soon. These images don't do some of the lots justice as i use seasonal flora and being paused it has yet to show.

    I cannot get zamora hospital to work, I love the hospital design and would really like to add this one.  When I place the hospital I get boxes, these don't show up until I click to place it, I ve gone thru all the dependencies and even reloaded them and it still not working.

    I dl'ed it about a month ago. It's missing props and all 3 in the pack are missing base textures.

    Do you like custom textures, but don't like all the work involved creating them?, take a look at the Texture Automation options here. Change the look and feel of your transit networks, with the minimum of effort, for example customised versions of my Sidewalk NAM (SWN) and Terrain Grass NAM (TGN) mods, and much more besides.

    Hi, I did an investigation with SC4 Tool and there is a lack of links in the file description. But then everything is ok for me. I will update the description.

    In general you can forget the small single LBT prop packs and texture packs (that includes the MBT related packs too) and download the most recent version of the LBT Mega Prop and Mega Texture pack from STEX or LEX.

    That should cover anything LBT related.
