Did some experiments with texturereplacement:

Always felt that that building from Shroom's pack had some very bland texturing. Too bad due to the uv mapping I couldn't add more elements of the original.

I've updated my first building: The Puck Building (well technically it was my second). That should complete all parts of the Puck Building. This one is adjusted to the lower 7 story part. Hence I reduced the level to level 3: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=510658625

I´m currently working on some LA buildings. One building I always found iconic for Hollywood and LA is the fantastic sunset tower hotel. At first I wasn´t completely sure how to approach this, but I decided to model the full lot. The tower is kinda simple but all the dimensions for the rest of the building are really hard to get right. Here´s some early renders:

There will be some more art deco buildings (well more like Streamline Moderne) in this release, but for now this'll keep me busy for a while.

Wasn´t on my list yet, but it doesn´t look terribly difficult to model. So I´ll see what I can do. Will be based on the 1912 version though. Some more stuff:

Did you ever release this re-texturing ? It would be perfect for the project I am working on but I can't find this one on workshop.

That looks fantastic. Is it a ploppable? If it's a growable, please don't make it specialized. Then I can't put it next to any other non-specialized commercial.

Nah it's way too big to be growable. Total size is 4x10. It consists of two unique buildings + ploppaple rico.
