Can I get a administrator to contact me? I've sent a PM to the admin who started this thread but haven't gotten a reply. I am trying to find out about the DVDs and/or a refund of my $45 donation! This is getting a tad ridiculous.

I don't know anyone who doesn't want to receive donations!

But after seeing some of these posts, should I bother just for some extras, most of which I can download......

I am also awaiting delivery of STEX cd's having donated US$50. i donated on the 26th of August and haven't heard anything. Though paypal does produce an online receipt. I'm in the UK so i expected some delay...

If anyone is reading this please can they clarify that i'm still going to get my delivery...

I, too, paid a $50 donation to get the STEX Collections and have yet to hear a reply or receive the DVDs. I placed my order on December 11, 2011 in an effort to get the DVDs in time for Christmas. On Dec 28 I sent an email to stexcd@simtropolis.com inquiring about the status and have yet to receive a reply to that message. I sent a followup email today asking for status.

If I don't receive a reply or the DVDs by this time next week, I am going to call my bank to dispute the charge because this is starting to look more and more like a scam to me. This saddens me greatly because, despite this being my first posting, I have been a loyal fan of this site for years.

I hope this post gets an Administrator's attention because I am running out of patience and starting to feel taken advantage of.

I have a new Debit card (after my old one broke and my mother helped me switch to free checking because she did not want to see my savings drain away any faster while I go to college).

I never donated anything sizable to this site but would like to now make a donation to get all the STEX disks on DVD. Are all of them still available? What is the minimum donation? I was thinking about donating 10 dollars for each year I used this site (so $70). I think I might need to reinstall SC4 Deluxe (fortunately I still have a hard copy, I had gone a few years without playing SC4 regularly and lost my latest copy when I got rid of SimCity Societies so I had to get Disk 2 mounted on my computer to play) because I think I accidentally messed up all the files in the my documents folder when clicking Documents on Windows 7, which displays every file in My Documents and Public documents but no folders.

It depends on your location (they are produced in Canada), but either way they do take a while. I am only a few hundred miles away from where they are sent out, and it has taken up to 3 weeks to receive them. The important thing is that you WILL receive them... we just ask for your patience

In your case, if you are located in North America and you don't get anything come March... feel free to send Dirktator a PM... he'll clear things up for you

I tried my best to search for this, but I have a silly question.

What's up with Volume 1? Was it discontinued and subsequently integrated into volume 2's DVD, or just plain discontinued?

I hear there was some content lost on the STEX at some point during my extended absence; is this stuff covered on these dee vay dees?

Now that I think of it, I think that Volume 1 was for an earlier version of sc4. By the way, I don't know if I inputed my address in wrong or if there is something wrong with the postage because I have yet to receive my DVD's.
