The Leaving / Returning Thread

When I moved to Washington, D.C. 17 years ago I often wondered if people who lived there enjoyed the many things to do and enjoy in the area.  Now that I'm a father who goes back to see family in Indiana I realize that there've been many activities in my home state that I never enjoyed either!! There's much more to Indiana than going fishing in the summer and attending basketball games in the winter!!

 

I went back to see that family members were doing okay, and they are. I made it a point, however, to make sure that my children did enjoy their parents' home area.  Here is a picture of us at the Indiana State Fair:

 

 

 

Pictured is my daughter Rhys, 4, myself, my son Elijah, 6, and nephew Ricky, 13.

 

During the winter visit we also saw the Indianapolis zoo and the Children's Museum.

What can I say???  I'm a proud daddy!!!

Im going to Lake George this week. If they have Computeres i will post but if not CYA all. Lake George is in Upstate New York a 5 hour drive from My homeown of Ardsley,NY. I went to lake george in April,2003 just a couole months before joining ST and i loved it. But that was a class trip so ill like it more this time without the stress of school and crappy nature programs.

Hi guys! I'm back after working in the USA for three months, none of you probably even remember me anymore! I had about 90 pages of the exchange to catch up on and now its blocking me for too many concurrent downloads to the same IP address, lol! Oh well, hopefully I won't be blocked for too long, only 50 more pages to go!
