another pop-in visit, Hi everybuggy!

The wife and I moved to her mom's house for a few months to save money for our move. No cable, no internet. The library connection is so slow, I believe they use Flintstones-style servers (small weary animal on a treadmill).

My computer waited until we moved to blow a ram card. At least it's a DDR2, so I still have half capacity.

I even had to trade our beloved Saab convertible in on a Chevy conversion van to haul our stuff in. When I get a chance, I may upload a picture of the behemoth. 'The Big Blue Pig', as it is called, gets about 12 mpg, way down from the 21 mpg of the Saab. The van will go up for sale or be mothballed as soon as we get to Chicago.

If only the forum subcription worked all the time I would remember to visit here, but it doesn't so I don't. I had my vacation and now have to get back to work. Never seems to last long enough.
