Hello folks just saying hi, hope all is well, and wells are full of hope. Wife is remarkably much better. She used to smoke before she went into the hospital and said she never wanted to smoke again, but she now fiends for a smoke. Yes, believe it or not, I am still around -- alive and kicking!

It has been so very long since I've had the chance to log in for any length of time and "poke" around a bit.  I just couldn't log off without stopping by and saying Hi to all my good friends here at SimTropolis.

Life is good right now.  Most of the crises I've been facing over the past few months have either calmed down, gone away or been resolved.  My heath is stable and it looks like I'm going to be around for a while longer -- W - A - Y  LONGER!!  I'll just finish by saying thank GOD, He's been with me through all of this as I'm not sure how I would have made it through otherwise.  I'm still not completely "out of the woods" but there is definitely a good end in sight.

I have been keeping busy working and "playing".  I'm writing more and playing piano MUCH more!  I actually took five months of piano lessons from January through May and was part of a piano recital in April.  (Can you just see me up there with all the little kids?)  I played Chopin's Opus 28, Prelude No. 4 as my recital piece.  Oh, how I enjoy playing that.

I haven't touched SimCity or made a map since leaving SimTropolis.  I've thought about it a few times but just haven't taken the time.  I still think about making maps as -- I must admit to you all -- that is my number one love when it comes to SimCity.  I may yet go back to creating maps again just because I enjoy it so much.

I believe that if I had all the time I wanted -- didn't have to work or do anything else other than have "play-time" -- then I probably would get back into SimCity and create detailed regions.  By detailed I mean detailed landscaping and city building.  My problem is that if I don't have the dedicated time I need then I would rather not get started and have my project stagnate and die.

Now, when it comes to maps -- well, that is a completely different story.  As I'm sure you all know, I do very much enjoy making maps.  And, thanks to my dear friend wouanagaine, map-making has become so very easy using SC4Terraformer.  Thank you, wouanagaine, for this excellent application.

How have all of the good folks on SimTropolis been doing?  I have missed you all so very much.  Please know and believe me when I say that.  I've missed being able to interact with you; share with you; joke with you and just enjoy your company.

As time goes on, I will try and stop by a bit more frequently and post when and where I am able.

Finally, my dear friends, I send my best wishes to each and every one of you and only wish you the cream of God's blessings.  Take good care of you and your families.  Remember, when it comes down to the basics of life, they are really all you have.

Its good to hear things are on the upside, or at least on the level. That last posts was very sad and concerning. I admitt I don't know you and that one post was the first I had seen of you, but none the less I was moved and worried. I truly hope things are good, god works in mysterious ways, we can only hope we figure out what he's trying to help us see.
