    Sandwich - Montreal Smoked Meat on light rye with Dijon Mustard, ground Pepper, Scallion, Swiss Cheese.  Heated in the nuke for about 45 seconds to melt the cheese and heat things up in general.  This would be a Reuben Sandwich but I have no Sauerkraut, nor New Dill Pickles.  Lemon/Lime flavoured (Mio) soda water with lots of ice.  We are having an end of July heat wave.

    At work of late there have been biscuits in the vending machines so I have been having quite abfew shortbreads and malted milks etc in addition to usual pasties and sandwiches and pasta.

     

    Still having far too much sugar (Rockstar, Monster) at work. They have Diet Coke but often that machine is out and I need the energy
