I'm having this problem too, that's why I could not have the Worthington apartments uploaded. I had to have STEX moderator to upload mine, it was CaptCity. Cockatoo is having the same problem. all I can say not everyone is having this problem.

I have checked the uploader and it will not take exe, SC4model, and zip files.

I wanted to upload a file to the STEX, but unfortunately, it can upload anything but the files themselves, saying that there's an internal server error...

Oh bugger. Guess I have to wait with my ZIP upload then...

EDIT: I can upload small files (like under 0.5 MB), but it gives errors when I go to bigger filesizes...

Made some tweaks... please give it a try now and let me know.

I keep getting this error while trying to add a feature:

Fatal error: Call to undefined method hanEmail::buildPlainTextContent() in /home/admin/public_html/forum/admin/applications_addon/ips/ccs/sources/databases.php on line 3795

Edit: Well, it seems to have worked anyway - The feature is now up on the homepage.

I can't seem to access pages for individual items on the STEX. I get this in both IE and Chrome:

This is more of a request than a bug... it regards editing posts.

Currently if you edit a post you get a little 'edited' disclaimer at the bottom with a timestamp. This is fine and all but it applies even if you edit a post within a min or two after posting to fix some minor spelling or grammatical issues.

There used to be a grace period of a min or two where you could make these corrections without getting that 'edited' subtext to appear. Is it possible to reinstate it? It would help keep posts more clean-looking.

Anyways minor issue I know but its one of my pet peeves. :P

I noticed now in chat it seems that you are now required to type stuff before a link because the strip formatting shortcut no longer works, neither does "Paste as Plain Text" right click option in Chrome

Don't think there was ever a grace period for that, not on these forums anyway, and there is no option to set or enable a post editing grace period... so I think it's always behaved that way.

Site has been either down (at least every 2-3 days for several hours at a time) or running super slow these past few weeks... its not my system or connection.. brand new DOCSIS 3.0 modem, 25-30Mb connection speeds... and its only this site that takes 3-5 minutes per page to load. Cookies and cache cleared, happening in all browsers, multiple computers, tablet, etc....

Yes. Growing pains, I think. What about it, Dirk?

And now its optional. Must have been there all along, and was turned on. Good find, Dirk.

Being an inconsistent and lazy proofreader with lots of posts edited almost immediately after posting, I remember that function as well. I seem to remember that when this function luckily occurred, the editor window would appear within the posted message within the thread, rather than loaded as a new editor page. I haven't seen this behavior on the forum for some time, and have been missing it.

Also fixed the 'pinned' cartouche. However the caption is now missing from the reputation points box. Seems this system is a little on the 'organic' side. Fix something, something else breaks.

Must be using trained monkeys as programmers, you know, the ones with the big brass screw in their navel.

When opening up a page on the STEX, I got the following SQL Error:

An error occured with the SQL server:

mySQL query error: INSERT INTO ccs_template_cache (`cache_type`,`cache_type_id`,`cache_content`) VALUES('block',107,'/* -- block__custom_86 --*/\nfunction block__custom_86($title=\"\",$content=\"\") {\n$IPBHTML = \"\";\n$IPBHTML .= \"

<div class="\\\"sidebar_square" gas_300x250\\\"="" style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; color: rgb(40, 27, 27); font-family: arial, tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 17px; font-weight: bold; ">\r\n

\r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n

\r\n\";\nreturn $IPBHTML;\n}\n') ON DUPLICATE KEY UPDATE cache_type=VALUES(cache_type),cache_type_id=VALUES(cache_type_id),cache_content=VALUES(cache_content)

Refreshing the page solved the error, however I thought I should post it anyways.

Put your mouse over the reputation count to see the caption now.

Hmm now we have stars and shields next our avatars and the awards are (mostly) gone. I wonder what's going on behind the scenes.

The award icons will be back soon...

Just how many lines of code are you dealing with, anyway? I hope it is well modularized.
