A mall I never finished back in January 21, 2011. This was my Gmax days, I'm so glad I have left those days behind me. Just sad some of my projects was never finished.

Yeah those are mine!

The first one is the base for Trump International Hotel & Tower in Chicago, IL. When I model this tower it lags! So it's been annoying, and it's almost finished! The lighting won't be as spectacular as my other buildings unfortunately (mainly due to rendering time). 

The second one is on STEX but I changed the facade. It's known as "Linda Swampy Pharmaceuticals".

As for my other BATs, I still work on them when I have time... but I never have enough time to read and reply to a lot of posts! hahah I guess that's why my BATs are ending up in here :b People think they're abandoned! 

But updates will be coming soon, and so will an upload. (:

But ...... myself as a BATter, as sad as it is, I understand. lol.

How about uploading these unfinished gmax models (or sending them by PM to me ), so people like me, who only use gmax could enjoy them? I would love to have them. That would be a lot better than just forgetting about them.....what a waste.

I just realzied that the Clayhurst on the DVD thing might have been a ubran legend. I think i heard it over at SC4D once but i dont have the DVD and couldn't confirm it.

According to the actual file at the LEX called LEXDVD - Clayhurst Patch, it states that it's just a patch to add some minor updates, such as stats, lot errors, or just the lots in general but I don't think any new lots were added in the patch. Keeping in mind that you will need the LEXDVD to download this file, otherwise it will be useless for you. 

 

So, I guess the expansion pack was never released as JBSimio apparently got a new job, leaving him with less time for SC4, as I heard.

Yup, the patch is only for DVD owners, because the DVD version is the original release of the actual university. The download version is already patched and doesn't need that update. As you said, the buildings that are shown in the post on last page seem to have never been released.

This makes me really sad because some of these folks probably are dead, these buildings are beyond amazing, and I dont know from Adam how to even start doing a BAT.

Yea it make me sad to, it's a shame we cant have something like a BAT adoption service or something so that if someone who is creating a BAT finds that they just don't have time anymore of gets tired of it, they can offer the project

up for someone else to adopt so that they can finish the BAT instead and it will be uploaded for all to enjoy instead of ending up here.

Its weird... last time I spoke with him, he said he was really busy with RL and that at the moment he couldnt BAT at all... I wonder if everything's ok...
