Sgt Pepper- Yep your right, it's up to me to bat it, but I do take so sort of requests, but I have to study it to see if I can make the bat. 915 West End Avenue is sort of a Francis90b request, but Francis90b and I have some sort of deal with the release of the Bromley. :D Maybe Vlasky may have a request done for him. ;)

Parisian & Francis90b- Francis90b is right, the Ansonia is on a diagonal lot with will make it hard to back, yet it's already hard to bat it with all the details. :)

gutterclub- Yep, your right it looks like this is the new bat request thread. :P

    30 E. 81st Street

Here's the next update on this building, next I need to work on the windows, ac unit re-rangements, and re-range the night lights, and this model can be finished. :D

I like the fact that you are varying the ground floor shops with the different color versions of this. Even though they're small, that detail is appreciated by me.

These are one of my favourites of yours and look extremely useful...could do with more generic corner buildings for sure! That said, and its personal preference, but i'm never taken with the pink bricks..would prefer them to be more terracotta...however, NYC doesn't really have terracotta brick like places in the UK does?

    Minor personal point..otherwise I LOVE THEM :)

Love this newest one, Aaron...it really is a great variation on the ziggurat style.

Hopefully the Chase Manhattan ATM on the ground floor doesn't charge fees to withdraw §§§ :D

It's a monster megabank, of course it will charge fees. They just charged me 23.00 for the privilege of reprinting checks for me, incorrectly for that matter... :)

Re: the BAT - I like the details of the rolling doors on the east side. I always like when I catch the side or back of a BAT and I see those little life-like "real" details. The roof texture looks really really dark - perhaps too dark? I don't know, it just seems too dark. I would suggest upping the brightness on it just a hair, but that's me. Also curious as to what the little patios on the north side will look like - is there an entrance to them, or are there just windows? I can't tell, the hedges are obscuring what looks like the door access to them...

    30 E 81st street.

    Variations are looking really nice!

However, i'd say that the "orange" one might need some slight desaturation.

I don't mind pink, but i think that the "pink" you're using is slightly too light and saturated.

    201 E 19th street.

It's looking very nice, but the real thing seems leaning a lot more towards red than what you have.

I'd also say that mortar needs to be toned down slightly.

Thinking about colour variations, i'd guess that this one would do quite good in white with black window frames.

In order to do variations, i'd assume you'd do some shop variations as well.

Perhaps you might make two versions of it with the "current" shopfront (i.e. chase bank) and two others according to the architectural drawing you've seen and posted there.

mattb325 & madhatter106- Thank you, Madhatter106 is right knowing to Chase they do charge fees, it's a monster bank.

AlexandrosB13- Your not a bad batter, it's just not easy to find flaws on great batters. :D

    Ion_Cannon- Thank you!!!! :D

Francis90b- Thank you, I hope you like the fix up, I have desaturated the pink and the orange a bit. :D

    libellibicus- Thank you!!! :D

The yellow fix finds me fine with it :) - but i'd still darken the pink a little, though (i'm speaking of subtle change there, not to change the colour).

"Bricks" look perhaps a bit too big - what about resizing them a little bit, let's say 75-80% of what they are now?

EDIT: I said "stretched" the first time - but i have to correct myself, because at a second glance the ratios of the bricks might actually be used somewhere - however, if they are too big this might be somewhat look "strange".

Francis90b- I will work on the texture. Your not the only one that think the brick texture is stretched, I thought it would just pass. :P

    Darknono35- Okay mate. :D

Does the bricks looks better, before I change the uvw maps on the other models Francis90b?

    365 West End Avenue

Here's a new bat, remember is not a promise, until it in texture stage. Yes, this building will have a water tower. :)
