A simple little (well, medium-sized) building at a first glance, but the closer I look the more I see just how many setbacks and "steps" there are in that model. This should look very interesting and detailed when it's done.

605 Park Avenue

Here's the 605 Park Avenue, I have a few more things and the modeling can be finished. Do you guys think the back of the building is ok, I was thinking that the car parking garage will need room for cars to park the garage, it's not really underground like most building you see. over the back part of the building where the car garage is will be a court year so I will have to get some bushes chairs ect. I will also have to put chair and ect. on the tops of the building to make it look more lively.

I haven't been following as much as I should, and I have missed ALOT, this building is amazing, I like the details, windows, balconies. I can't wait till it gets textured, and I say, yeah, add a parking garage.

Personally i would prefer the design of the cornier balconies as they looked from the drawings rather than how they appear to be right now.

Francis90b- Thank you, as a matter of fact I was thinking on making two of the versions of this building look like the drawing. What I will I do is that two of them will have the same color, one will be one the older model and one on the newer model, the other two will be red or tan color. What do you think?

Relax... he probably meant to ask if Aaron can give an estimated release date.

However, the answer is true in any case: Most BATters don't give release dates. They wait until it's done, and then they release - whenever that may be.

Back to topic: What confuses me is that "add a parking garage" stuff. As far as I understood, there is a parking garage in the back. However, I'm not sure what the problem is with that parking garage... Aaron, we are confused!

T Wrecks & darn42- The parking lot is inside the building making it a parking garage. I was asking should I add the box area on the back of the building to make the car garage look like it can carry up to 50 vehicles. On the website that shows the building layouts, there are no layouts for the first and second floors so i will have to guess whats on the in side of the first and second floor as well as the back of the building. I decided to add the box thing in the back of the building to give the building a look that it can carry more cars.

harishna- Yeah, maybe I will make a non New York style building in the future.

IMO, you can perfectly use what you have here. Maybe add some openings on the ground floor of the garage to allow a glimpse on the cars parked inside (that might be a cool feature), add a little landscaping to the courtyard, and that's it. If you don't find any references, just use your imagination. I can imagine that there would be some vents for the parking garage in the courtyard, too.
