Since the New Year's Eve party's last call is at 0200 we like to have from 0400 to 0600 for cleaning, but we generally manage with a few sleeping bodies lying about. The KK Dragon takes most to the crash pads in the back room.

I've always had a low tolerance but hey, its all good!  Oh , almost forgot, this is the group shot one of the waiters took for us last night,  will be using it in one of the articles in the Peyton Place Press in a few weeks during the elections.

I work front of house (hospitality), mainly doing bar work at a rather touristy cafe/restaurant. We do nice functions for weddings upstairs though.

Sure.  We always import a few cases in case Obama visits. 

 

What's your pleasure?  We have: Traditional Lager, Light, Premium and Premium light.  We can get or mix Black & Tan but will probably have to use Guinness for the old dark Porter which isn't available any more; Lord Chesterfield Ale (if you can call it that) is available in small kegs for our draught system.  We carry the seasonal Bock and Oktoberfest brews when they are available.

 

If you don't fancy this selection, we can offer you anything current in Canada.  How about some Alexander Keith's IPA?

 

There is a selection of tapas on the buffet along with some of the better antipasto.  Help yourself.

That much iron is well on the way to heavy metal poisoning.  It isn't iron you need but phosphorus and calcium for those teeth.  However, you may have the rocks.  We have lots of granite around here or would you prefer syenite?

Sorry I'm late everyone, there are so many other fine social establishments out there, I never thought of looking for one inside the internet.  

I don't know much about the menu, but I would like to know two things.

 

Are the items on the menu regulated by any particular country's/locality's law, or are the only laws and limits to the menu based upon the limits of our imagination?  Or perhaps Canada is the regulatory authority?  If so, I believe that one of the things I seek to order will be permissible.

 

In the mean time, I would also like to know if there are food items on the menu.  Particularly, I've got a tremendous craving to get ahold of some food for thought.  I've got plenty of thoughts right now, but I need more food to adequately sustain my thoughts.

Welcome to the Moose Factory.  We are located across the Moosonee River from the town of Moosonee, Ontario.  (James Bay Region).

 

Any domestic legal problems for you will be automatically handled by the autosystem (auto bar/auto chef).

 

Food items are pretty general, and we will import anything you need.  The autosystem includes a transporter.

 

May we suggest a nice bowl of Borscht with a dollop of sour cream?  Then, perhaps, some of our sauerbraten with some red sauerkraut and mashed potatoes (we can make the mashed potatoes with added horseradish if you prefer).  Follow with our special cheese platter of soft-ripened cheeses with water biscuits or a hunk of baguette.  Bar service available including wine by the glass or carafe.  This stick to your ribs menu is in honour of the Winter Olympics, now in progress.

 

If you'd like something different, just ask.

We try to give everyone the food he likes, but off the beaten track.  While we are domiciled in the great frozen north, we can provide practically anything.  We do, however, object to long pig.
