How do you make cities like those?!

I mean, look at it, there are NO VISIBLE PATHWAYS!

He used the lot editor to make it the town more compact as well as no dependence on pathing.

Anything counting 170k people cannot be definied a "small town" but perhaps a "small city". However, where's the pic?

Theoretically, this is a small town. SC4 Population is only about 2100 people, but in reality it holds just under 25,000 people. :)

Hola Mithrik! These buildings are made by Maloskero of SimCityBrasil, they are only available on that website (you need to start an account on the website to download these files)

Link --> http://www.simcitybrasil.net/detalhes.php?id=277

These are traditional colonial buildings you can find in rural areas of Northeastern Brazil. The buildings are not that neat, just need to edit the picture a little bit :D

Thanks guys !

The whole thing is Lot Editor,everything has been plopped on a 10x10 lot. The powerlines, the market, the cars, the bins and most people props come from various prop packs by WMP productions. Just go to http://workingman-productions.co.uk/downloads/shore_downloads.html.

Now who doesn't enjoy a nice small street carnival? Try to ignore the fact the streets don't connect.

Your college town actually looks pretty good. With the addition of my RHW skills I think I'll apply a similar town layout to one of my new towns. It's just what I've been looking for.
