Why oh why am I cursed??!! Why am I surrounded by the most incompetent customer dis-service people on earth? Want to know why I have STILL not got internet access at home? According to the ISP people, first they "could not find the address of the house". Now, after a week, they have decided that they provide service to only 5 blocks of my street and I am not part of the 5 blocks. It took them a week to figure out they don't provide service to me. After giving them a piece of my mind - the first piece this person ever had of an actual mind - the deadpan response to "what do you mean you don't provide service to the whole street (8 blocks)" was "Ummm... we told you we couldn't find the address." When I curtly informed them that this does not equal "we do not provide service" they said - again in a deadpan Steven Wright drone - "Ummm, you must not have understood us then. When we said we could not find your address means we don't provide service to your area." I wonder how those two statements are supposed to be equal. Anywho, I have a NEW ISP provider who is supposed to come by in the morning. So, I should FINALLY be back up and running on ST soon.

Kudos to Staples for the free wifi access.
