Heh, Monestaries seem to always be on hills... I remember visiting Mont Saint Micheal in France a few years ago... it has got to be the most steps i've ever walked up in my life! Being a Monk is hard work I guess...

Personally... I'd get a Elevator installed... heh 9.gif

Some people have been wondering about what direction Schulmania is going. The Supreme Wirdle and her advisors have been wondering the same thing. Just how many Schulminions are there now? Where are they and how are they distributed? Is there enough space for everyone? Is there a need for further colonization? Is there a need for further development of discovered lands? These are valid questions which need answers. The first step to finding these answers was conducting a census. One hundred volunteers fanned out from Wirt to determine an exact count of each city's population. This data would prove valuable in determining the path of future development. Here are the results, as presented to the Supreme Wirdle.

BTW - I thought it was funny to see nearly every CJ on the front page with the last post by Schulmanator just now. Haha...then I have to go spoil it by posting too...sowwy

Wow, Schulmania is really small! I thought it would have been the biggest. But I knew Atkinos was big, so that makes sense. Nice idea for a census. Now you should do some funny stats like "pounds of busscastle chocolate consumed per schulmanian" and "fatest town" hahaha.

football_fever Yep, no highrises just yet! And, none in sight, either.

Asturianu Just you wait! It's coming!

RushHourFreak Thanks. I thought it would be good to give some perspective on how large each place was. And, in typical Schulminion fashion.

sc4portugal Thanks! I am glad you like it.

Giligone Actually, Schulmania proper is a small farming area which is virtually unpopulated. Later, the name will stick for the larger region and of course have many more cities.

Narya Thanks! I am looking forward to more of your twin CJs as well.

connor_v Well, sort of. It's still a 1500's ish type of place but some 1600's is going to start creeping in.

Giligone You know, those contractors sure do have their hands full, what with no electricity/power tools and so forth. But, then again, the Egyptians built the pyramids without power tools. Unless, of course, you count the alien anti-gravity machines they borrowed!

hamsterTK Yes, sir! We have propane AND propane accessories!

Shadow_Assassin Thanks! You're right- it is quite a trek up the hill. But, not too bad. After all, I walked uphill both ways to school every day for years as a young lad myself!

HabLeUrG Gracias! I am glad you like the style. More is to come.

Darmok Thanks! The cliff lawn mowing is usually left to the Velcro goats, who like mountains and have Velcro on their hooves to keep from slipping off. Of course, it does make it a bit difficult to run...

Slann Thanks for coming by. I have enjoyed your CJ and glad you dropped by mine. The aqueduct is on STEX - it's from frogface. I love classical stuff. I foresee Schulmania having a classical revival before too long and brining some of those columns and stuff back!

Natuurzoon Thanks! I try to make everything blend together pretty well. New stuff is coming soon!

El Burro Elevator, eh? Actually, the place I really wanted one would have been on a slant - the dome of St. Peter's in Rome. That was quite a climb! Well, and any Italian belltower. The views were worth it, but it was hard to tell if my gasps were from the great panorama or exhaustion!

patriots_1228 Actually, you are correct. Something new is afoot!

Jacqulina It is deceiving, but SC4's population stats aren't quite like reality's. I took each tile's total population and apportioned it to the towns within it. There's a long way yet to go before I get any really big cities!

Narya Thanks! I was surprised how many there were too when I checked. Soon, there will be millions of them!

KingTitan Thanks for coming by! And, BTW, I got the pain stick all charged up for the shuttle flight... just in case Oprah tries anything suspicious! ;-)

manman99 Thanks for stopping by again. I am glad you like the updates.

fledder200 Hey, when your mythological founder is a Schul-hunky, what do you expect? ;-)

bat Thanks! And congrats on the post milestone.

Shadow_Assassin Thanks. And, I didn't forget you.... I... ummm.... Saved the best for last! Yeah, that's it..... saved the best for last! (Actually, I was in a rush- the Junior Schulmanator had a biking thing to do for scouts and I did not get the quality CJ time I needed. So, let's blame him!)

Mike the Mayor Thanks for dropping by again. I am glad you like what I have thus far.

Asturianu Your project is underway, señor! You should be pleased when it debuts!

Fallon144 Thanks! I am not sure what style those houses are. They seem sort of a generic old fashioned semi-Italian style. They sort of look early Renaissance to me, circa 1400.

Benedict Thanks! There are more than we all thought.

Thing is, it's always too loud living near a hill with a herd of velcro goats...all those sticking sounds as they walk (or mow)
