Hey, this looks great. Is it functional? Provide a population boost as if it really held people? Cause it's non-ploppable. Does that mean it grows? What would be the stage level?

LOL, I also was thinking to make something like this, but based on the houses here.

Does it raise pop?

I am still testing it to see whether it is fully functional as a non plopable lot, in the meantime, for those who have downloaded it, comment here (when it builds) on how well this lot functions so if required I can tweak this lot to make it even better. Thanx - Palpatine001

i should also add that the filename for this lot could probably stand to undergo a change--it's not a 2x2 lot, but rather a 6x6.
