I like it, but if you bulldoze something next to it or if a building lot next to it develops into a new building, it stops generating power and you can't bulldoze it anymore...

I have no idea. I think it's either similar to the wind plant or the nuclear one. Can't remember if I modded it. The lot is, of course, around a year old ;)
