ok i modded it so that the $$$ residents do not run away, i never said anything about drawing it in :| NIMBY = not in my back yard

It works on RH also. Have it on two cities and no problem there.

For some reason I am not getting very much power from this facility even with lots of garbage, from neighbour cities too. How much trash does it need?

Looks great, but would of prefered it not to produce electricity too...if it does some pollution would happen. Bit of a realist myself, thats all. Can have too much of a good thing.
