So in reality the education system doesn't educate the Sims at all. It merely raises the overall city's education and tech level by a % according to how many Sims visit. Is this correct? If so, I can understand why they did it, but surely this greatly simplifies the education process, so that it only priovides Hi-tech industrial buildings and a lesser risk of fire & injury. I know it would be difficult (impossible?), but surely we would want the education sytem to actually educate our Sims. In turn, educated Sims will become higher wealth Sims and higher wealth Sims will give demand for higher wealth C & I. Something that is now provided for by Parks!!

Simcity sells well in first week

The irony here is that EA may well have brought in the cash they desperartly needed, but in the long term they have cost themselves millions more in potential sales for rushing out an incomplete game. Sadly this will probabbly mean they wont want to continue to develop the game into what potentially could be something amazing. -
Dont want to buy Digital deluxe?

Nope...Just bought the limited edition Physical copy from there for £33. Thanks for the link! Was never going to pay the £45 origin is asking for! I am talking about GameFanShop not Zavvi here - I know about the Zavvi offer for a physical Limited Edition copy for £33 but that one takes 3-5 days for delivery. Whereas the GameFanShop one is an instant download Basic Edition for £33. The best deal for a release day physical copy of the Limited Edition is Amazon, where you add 1st class delivery so it is received on the day of release and that costs £37. Oh okay.. I can wait though. Was going to wait months until they reduced the price anyway! -
