I try it, and it's a clever idea..

but I think it's not nice to use one building for many things... especialy for things like providing water and electricity...

I love to yous oissis traitment water and the maxis pumpwater... cause it's crash by time or explode, and that make me fell the realisim in simcity4.

and for the big cities is like cheating

For those reading comments before they download... Keep in mind that this will set you back 100,000S. However, In every city I have played this in, either high tech industry will eventually pop up around it or high wealth commerical and residential. It not only cleans the air put water too. Also, in the long run, since it provides power as well, you save on building power plants and water treatment plants. In many of my very large cities, I will have a couple Fusion power plants but they are supported by several of these scattered about the city. When they get old the game will notify you of a water tower failure. Which is great in finding them after a map wide city is built.
