Nice design. I was looking for something along these lines for my low wealth high density areas. I got sick of having to build a hospital every 4 blocks to keep patient capacity high enough. Keep up the good work.

Awesome, Im keep getting the "Pateint capacity" over on all of my hospitals, But with 10k capacity, Ill beable to Keep it for a longer time! Thanks,, oh and also it looks great, 110/10

In a medium city with high-density residential zoned around this facility's service radius, there is almost no need to build additional clinics and hospitals if the only thing you want to achieve with your medical services is to make sure that everybody's health needs are met. The only drawback with this building is that the helipad isn't used, and plopping it does not unlock the medical helicopter and any UDI missions associated with it. Apart from this minor gripe, this building is probably the next logical step up from the default Large Medical Center, even if it's only part of the Advanced Research Center and an extra Parking Lot affixed to a Large Medical Center. <img class="bbc_emoticon" alt="" src="https://www.simtropolis.com/forum/public/style_emoticons/default/2.gif"><br>
