well i think it's a pretty good lot

Looks great - but unable to bulldoze the lot. Luckily the city I started wit it in mind was not saved before. Will reserve rating untill this is fixed.

actually it can't be fixed to my knowledge.. try placing the same lot next to it and bulldozing them together.
