About This File

This is my very 1st BAT Bldg. I know this isn't exactly what a Dunkin Donuts looks like but I had some fun with it. I gained all of the knowledge thru the forums and tutorials. I hope you enjoy it! I am still learning and hope to make some more name brand bldgs. Im sure with practice I will get better. Let me know if there is anything I forgot to do or include. Thanks.

UPDATE: I have revamped this lot to reflect new learnings. I have included a 4x4 LM Ploppable with jobs and a CS$ 3X3 Growable (35 jobs).

Thanks go to phillippbo, redlotus and darkmatter on the use of the roof junk.

Special thanks to GDV for the nightwindows and lighting.

And a big thanks to everyone who has provided us with all of the wonderful mods, lots and props.

Files needed:

cop car by mikeseith (included)

It looks cool! I can see the building looks like the Philippbo Tutorial one. But anyway, great job, I love the colors and the lot :)

Thanks everyone for your positive comments, Yes the ploppable does have jobs probably a bit excessive. The pictures are not picking up the detail very well... There is neon wrapped around the bldg as well on the signs. I also created interior booths and tables that are not very clear either.

Hmmm...maybe it's just me, but I installed Dunkin Donuts & discovered several of my stations & bus stops were renamed Dunkin Donuts in their querys. Alas, I had to uninstall it. I just thought I should let you know But hey! It sure looks good ! Congrats!

I had a weird thing where the ground textures in front of the buiding where all white like it was referencing a custom texture that wasn't there. Other than that, its pretty good.
