It looks cool! I can see the building looks like the Philippbo Tutorial one. But anyway, great job, I love the colors and the lot :)

one qustion; Does it have Jobs?

GOOD JOB!! Looks good for a 1st. Think it should have more police cars in the parking lot though....LOL

great job and yes you need more police cars, now they can find Good Donuts in the city it will be one of the best guarded places in your city

Thanks everyone for your positive comments, Yes the ploppable does have jobs probably a bit excessive. The pictures are not picking up the detail very well... There is neon wrapped around the bldg as well on the signs. I also created interior booths and tables that are not very clear either.

I think that this is amazing for a first. Very well done!

Hmmm...maybe it's just me, but I installed Dunkin Donuts & discovered several of my stations & bus stops were renamed Dunkin Donuts in their querys. Alas, I had to uninstall it. I just thought I should let you know But hey! It sure looks good ! Congrats!

kevdan25 there a problem with your lot after installing your lot half my landmarks are named Dunkin Donuts. You need to update this lot

I had a weird thing where the ground textures in front of the buiding where all white like it was referencing a custom texture that wasn't there. Other than that, its pretty good.

Totally awesome especially for your first lot. You definatly deserve a 10!!!! And this should be included soon in my CJ if you wanna take a look.....
