ok so i downloaded it but i cant open it it just says "select a file to open it or watever" WTF???!!!

To all those who don't know where to put it....(..::teeth firmly biting tongue::..) this goes into your My Docs/SimCity 4 folder. For those that can't see the props, you need to download the prop packs to see them.

For Mac users, I dunno....perhaps another Mac user can help. I'm firmly a Windows users.
