**** There is a missing prop (placed three times onto the lot on the above sample image on the right side of the building, those small brown-ish planter-like creations). The ID for the prop is 0xBAFA4373. It might be a prop which was originally released among the different mjb flora packs and for some reason didn't end up being merged into the BSC Mega Props MJB vol01 (or any other prop packs). - Tyberius
