This lot is dedicated to Pansarkatt, one of the winners in the BSC Villa Contest. She requested a retail building of some kind, and gave us a few ideas. We ended up making three different businesses, using building/prop families. The Plop lot is on the Reward menu; each time it is plopped, one of the three businesses is chosen randomly. The growable works the same way. The unique size of the growable makes it easier to make grow, if you zone a 4x2 commercial area.
