Amazing!!! I love this building. Now we can make our Sc4 LA even more realistic. The building is exactly like the real thing. I love how the sign lites up at night. Excellent Job. I give it a 10+

What's with all the model files in the zip?? which one is which?? when making a ploppable and growable please be more clear on which files are for the plop and which are for the grow so that we aren't filling up are computer with files we don't want.

plugin editor created model files but at the end of each file name contains what are they for CO$$ or CO$$$ and the other files are the ploppable requirements.

Wow, that certainly clears it up. But asside from the confusing fine naming, the building is a perfect addition to my "old downtown" area, so I give it a 9.
