BSC SimGoober Trails & Parks Set, Vol 01
Enclosed are a total of 16 lots. These are all parks, and are designed to provide a method of creating a system of blending parks and trails throughout your cities.
These is a very handy custom feature on the trail lots. There is a prop that shows up while placing your lot, but not once it is plopped. These arrows help you to align the trails, without having to guess which way it is pointing. These props will appear in game on the first Jan 1 after they are plopped, for one day. They then disappear again, for 10,000 days. Basically forever.
Included in this set are 9 trail lots :
Straight 1 tile (2 variations)
Straight 3 tile (2 variations)
End piece (2 variations)
T & Cross Intersections
Corner Piece
There is also a 3x1 parking area, that is designed to be connected to these trails.
There are also 6 assorted parks, with the same base trail system going though them.
These lots rely heavily on several prop packs. The most important ones are the overlays and base textures, and the FloraPack I just released. Links in Readme file.

These lots were developed with extensive help from various BSC members. Cerulean also contributed by designing the Observation Towers in two of the parks. Thanks to all for their help and support.
