Cool. This building looks really nice. One prob. though. The building seems to be a wee to small for sims to actually get in it (note the windows and the talking sims outside the building), especially a building that supplies 250 jobs. But this error does not effect my score. I give it a 10

Not bad, but I've seen better from you, superstar. It's a bit too bland for me. On the bright side, I can't see anything glaringly wrong with it, and the night lighting is pretty well done, but overall, I'm not altogether impressed. I'm afraid I can only give it 7/10.

sniper's right, the floor spacing is a bit off and I'm not quite fond of the roof but overall it is well done
