IMPORTANT: There is only a SC4 Model file, making this lot worthless. You need to also include the DESC and LOT files!

Looks good, but pretty worthless, even with the required file. 7/10 would be a 10 if it served a purpose, like a museum

For a first BAT, I would consider this darn good! The modding of the lot is another step, which you will learn over time. Great start on this one though!

Sorry, I putted the good files. Cause that's a LOT and not a BAT, there's only one file and that's a LOT file. Now I putted the good file. At your downloads!!!!

Anyone who says this lots isnt great is a fool. 1 its your first. 2 I had to look closer to realize it was made on lot editor. 3 It could almost pass for a BAT 4 Its original and 5 if there was another lot or 2 like this on the Lot end of stex I would look here more often.

Wow! I think I'll download this and mod it myself. This may be one of the best things I've seen made with just the LE. I'm on a strict policy of BATs only, but this is just such an exceptional lot. 10/10 ;)
