Can you please provide more stats, like is it growable or ploppable, how may residents, the size, so on and so forth...thanks!

I thought Plop residental had transport problems.Is this fixed?.

This is AMAZING, especially for being non-BAT! Great job, I like this model a lot and wish I could see it pop up by itself more naturally in the game. :D

I will try to make more lots ploppable...I will have to use the Easy Tweaker from DatGen. I will also post more infomation in the description..Thanks for all of you comments and suggestions...

Just a little trick to make the next one even better.Turn the trees one turn everytime when you plopp them , to see the other sides. Gives it a not so alike look. Very good Lot!

I like it but is it Plobable or Growable?

I'm a bit worried that it's out of scale. It's a two story house, yet look how much bigger it is that the other houses in the picture. Is the scale correct?

Yes Lord bertrum, I think it is. The prop used for the lot is a huge R$$$ mansion and the other houses shown are tiny R$ cottages.

Very nice design but what is the interest in PLOPPABLE housing ?

Like I said earlier I am working on growable homes and houses those will be coming soon...I don't know how to use BAT so I use the Lot Editor for everything along with Easy Tweaker...

I'm kinda late but I love this lot ! thing is... when ploped the house does not show up :/ any dependences I should know about ?? still 7/10, great work ! pity I cant use it ;)
