About This File

20 North Clark (AKA Avondale Center) is an office tower located at the corner of Madison and Clark streets in downtown Chicago, Illinois. It was designed by A. Epstein and Sons International, Inc. Completed in 1980, 20 N Clark stands 400 feet / 122 meters tall. 

Contents:
A 3x2 growable CO§§ lot (Stage 9) with for the Houston 1990 tile set
A 3x2 ploppable CO§§ lot (§26,952 to plop) with 1487 jobs
A 3x2 ploppable CO§§§ lot (§31,106 to plop) with 1037 jobs

Dependencies:

For the Darknite version: SimFox Day ’n’ Nite mod

This model was created entirely using the open-source modelling software Blender and the BAT4Blender add-on developed by Memo et al. You can follow developments in this thread.

No CAM lot for the time being. Future releases will have them once I get more efficient at modding

The stage # threw me off... I was under the impression you need CAM for buildings with stages 9 and up. BTW your buildings are fantastic.
