Wonderful work and love the nightlighting. I pass by this unassuming skyscraper fairly regularly when I'm in The Loop.

Fargo, I'm eagerly looking forward to your ambitious planned buildings.  In the meantime I tried installing all of your released buildings to date (Darknite only).  The growable version of this building seems to have some issues.  If you look at it in PIM-X or Reader, you'll see that many of the growable version's exemplar properties are instead that of a plop building, such as Item Icon, Item Order, and Item Description.  

I was able to plop this with the Advanced Lot Plop dialog, but I'm not sure if the growable version will actually grow or not.  It doesn't show up in the RCI list in PIM-X, suggesting it won't grow.  I suggest re-doing the lot and building to make a proper growable version.

This is an easy fix and I'm hopeful that the rest of your buildings look just as nice as this one.  Thanks!

Hi Kel, thanks for your compliments on my BATs and informing me the lot isn't working as intended. I'll issue an update.

I used to work in this building in the late 90's! It looks exactly like it and I recognized it immediately! Thanks!
