Yes, it's rather boring, mundane 1960s/70s office block. Not every building in a city is a gleaming skyscraper. Not every building begs for attention. Like a movie, there are main characters, secondary characters, and bit players, and every actor has a role to play.

But let's consider. It's well modeled, textured. thoughfully modded. It completes a city. Like a thoughtful background detail in a painting. And it's a "rescue" of a project, two skilled BATters working together to share it with us. I am grateful for the effort, and for both the eye-catching and for the quiet background players who complete a piece. Bravo. 5/5.
