So if anyone remembers Magnasanti from Imperar V Omnika. This is my own attempt at making a miniature version on the small map. My theory was if on the Large Map he made a City of 6.15 million sims, then Medium should hold a Max of 3.3 Million, Small Should Hold 1.6 Million, and Miniature Should have a Max of 800K-1 Million.  On Small Map, I have made a 1 Million Sims Map using Similar methods. His Methods are unbeatable.

Side Note: Reisimachtig is the fusion of 2 German Words Reisig and Machtig. Reisig meaning Big, Powerful, Illustrious. Machtig meaning Virile, Forced, Lusty. City Translates roughly to Powerfully Enforced City.
