This is my Baja Central, It's narrowest in the middle leading to more flatter land north. The mountain range is ever present right in the middle of the map, hampering possible development. This is a 24X20 region with large city tiles. To install, just unzip directly to C:\USER\Documents\SimCity 4\Regions and load the game. Enjoy!
