About This File

The Innovation Center is a facility at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile, where business can collaborate with researchers. It comes to the game as a high tech industrial. 

There's a x4 jobs version, and a normal version. Don't use both at the same time (delete the one you don't need). 

  • 4x4 growable I-HT lot (normal and x4 jobs). 
  • 4x4 ploppable I-HT. 
  • MaxisNite and DarkNite versions included.
  • DarkNite requires the Day and Nite Modd.
