Need to fill your diagonal streets with undesirable slums? Here's a low-wealth block that houses 144 sims. 

Since it is overhanging from 1x1 lots, therefore unlikely to grow exactly where you want it, I recommend using the "lotplop" extracheat (look for "R$_JFF Tenement 04 A/B")

and then the wonderful Growify DLL selecting high density. 

The model is a true 3d that can be viewed from any angle and allows for MMPs to be plopped in the parking area.
The whole package only weighs 63 KB.

Hey JFF, nice building! However I have some problems because when I plop the buildings they appear with a visual glitch. I have downloaded all the dependencies. What can I do? I think you forget one dependency.

Hey, thank you! You are right, I had forgotten to list the NDEX Texture Pack. Let me know if this solves it!

My apologies, it turns out there was a missing texture in Tenement 3, which I have now updated. So you need to re-download that. You want to make sure you also have my Roundabout Set (no need to re-download that though). Thank you for pointing out the bug!
