One question: Is it possible that PART 5 is incomplete? I keep downloading an empty zip file.

Hello everyone, package number 5 came empty, but the files have now been uploaded. Thank you very much to those who support my work on Patreon, and who understand and appreciate the hard work that goes into each BAT. Thank you for allowing me to continue this project after 10 years.

There is a specific feel to these buildings which makes them neither "New York" styled, nor "Soviet Union Fairs Well in 2240 A.D.". 

Good set, which will fill fit right in heavily urbanized downtowns. Thank you for putting this all in one package and so generously sharing these resources!

Only the latest few months of releases on his Patreon remain only on his Patreon.

My utmost respect for keeping promise of upload the monetized work after a period of time.

Now that is a lot of new beautiful BATs I need to register in the map.

Now downtown Minneapolis looks more complete with it.

These are gorgeous! It made me reinstall SimCity 4 after a several year hiatus!

I am getting the cardboard box for missing deps, anything that i should be downloading outside of these files?
