DuskTroopers Azuriko Plaza II 1.0

To everyone talking about this looking like a building from sc3000, this is a quote for the readme.txt included with the download; "This is Dusktrooper's Azuriko Plaza, a throwback to the SC3000's Bluerise Plaza." Does it really matter if it was made from scratch or edited from the sc3000 one....in my opinion no. Either way beautiful work again, 10/10.

Is there some sort of dependency in the growable version of this building? Because when this building shows up in the game, all that's there is an empty plaza.

I just noticed today as well. Not sure exactly what I am doing wrong or I could possibly be missing something obvious.
