Fantastic - getting more interactions between cities in one region makes the game more fun!! BTW: there's no "readme" apart from the site-specific ones which aren't very helpful on the overall functionality (eg what is the Honor System?) Very good lot - 10 points from me!

The honor system basically means you withdraw as much money as you add. You can just add money without substracting it anywhere else, if you don't mind cheating.

Just one question.... Will the news ticker item still show up, even if the Mod for scrapping all the nonsence in the ticker is used? I can't remember its name but its in the mod section i think.

this mod does not interact with the news ticker mod by redlotus so you can use them together without problem

Transfer funds between cities. Now that is something new. I like that idea. So, from me you get a 10 for creativity. Oh, not to mention a nice looking bank for the suburbs.

Incredibly cool! I love this ability! I have some cities that reap tons of money in taxes every month and then some cities that are mostly specialty lots (military), so this will even it out! It'd be even better if it was transit-enabled through the drive-up, though.
