Wendy Van Der Mueller, the only daughter of Wilhelm and Kara Van Der Mueller has taken over operation of the Van Der Mueller Candy Store. Looking for a more upscale clientele (and more Simoleans in the cash register), she ordered construction of a Dutch windmill for a new store and changed the name to Wendy Mill's Chocolate Shoppe.
She continues to sell the finest of imported Dutch chocolate, and has expanded the business to include an old fashioned soda fountain on the ground level and a premium coffee shop on the deck level. Her signature Dutch Chocolate Latte's are the favorite of the Yumpsies (Young Upwardly Mobile Professional Sims).

I believe all the props used in this project are stock SC4/Rush Hour props, therefore no other dependencies are required. If I did somehow use one of your props, please let me know so I may provide you with all the credit and overflowing mounds of praise that you deserve for having been generous enough to share your work with the ST community.
This is my first BAT project, so if you find any problems I have overlooked, please let me know.
Thanks to GrandpaAl and Sam for their help in fixing a hover query problem that my head was too thick to figure out on my own. Thanks also to the many tutorial writers and tool gurus who worked so hard so I didn't have to.
This building was built to be a boutique shop/eatery for my Alamonste Canal District, an upscale entertainment area for my city.
