Another week, another map! This time it's Sao Paulo, Brazil (for SimCity 4)! Sao Paulo is the largest city in Brazil, with the metropolitan area being home to 22 million people.
The map is 16 x 20 large city tiles and is accurately scaled based on DEM data. Some elevation levels have been compressed to allow for game water.
In order to install the map you will need wouanagaine's mapper or terraformer as the file is in SC4M format.
