as far as I know this beautiful building has only been available as a reward so I decided to make a high wealth growable lot to use in my cities

It is  stage 5 R$$$  7x4 with 478 residents (high yes but building takes a lot of space so kept PIM's stats)

Really nice mansion lot. Thanks for sharing!

sidenote: Alternatively the CSX Mega Props vol01 v2 (the currently avaliable version on LEX) could be used as a dependency (instead of the CSX Embassy-OC Barber.dat), as it was merged into the mega props during the Project ZIP clean-up.

Beautiful!  I beg you, please, more mansions, more mansions, more mansions!  :)   You can't have enough of these in our snooty parts of the cities.  :)    Thank you!
