Hi all, here comes another quickie imported building from the Bronx, this time it's 864 Westchester Ave in the Woodstock section of the Bronx. It's occupied by some light industrial and the John 3:16 Church. It's common to see this kind of church in New York City, where these special uses have to fit into the existing architecture, particularly along busy corridors.

I's a 3x2 landmark lot with overhanging prop, designed to fit along a diag x diag intersection. Note that it won't fit on every diag intersection (2x won't work)
