About This File

The character of this building is more Klara ( the area north of Gamla Stan - Old Stockholm ) than Vasastan ,dating from the 18th century, having 3.10 m ceilings, flashy shops on the ground floor, being on Drottninggatan ( the busiest pedestrian shopping street in the city ), but the size and appearance was great for sc4 and 16 m corner lots in the area are precious few.

Includes a mirrored model and 4 growable lots :
