I noticed that there seems to be duplicate files in a subfolder inside the uploaded RAR file. Not a big deal, it's not very large. Just wanted to check on it in case there's confusion.

Those houses that you made reminds me a resort that I went in my childhood (A' Famosa Malacca). Where you can rent their small villa as the vacation home, or you can rent their apartment suite, while there are attraction for you to enjoy, such as their zoo and amusement park and water park.

General comment: the materials are still too bright for the night, you can compare by placing in-game building next to it and compare. I suggest made an overhaul for the future when you can.

By looking at you mostly doing model by sketchup. I suggest only create white model in sketchup, then you apply materials in 3ds for more advance adjustment.

Or you can ask the question in 'show us what you working', perhaps some batters might understand your issue and provide suggestion.
