Installation: COPY/Extract the Sander97 parent folder from the *.zip into your Plugins folder. If you extracted the _Documents folder into your plugins, too, it's highly recommended to keep it, but move it out of the Plugins folder.
To uninstall: bulldoze any instance of this lot in your city, then remove the file(s) from your Plugins.

The reported issue by @Sunflower, got fixed and the modding got updated as well.
The files can be found in a ZIP file now instead of the separate loose files.
Please remove the former/old files before you install the updated version.
